(Try saying that seven times fast!) As I and several other preppy bloggers have noticed, Payless Shoes has started stocking some quite yummy looking flats that come in a variety of cute nautical or preppy styles. My favourites are the red boat shoes (that I really want to wear with my navy seersucker blazer...posted below) and the kelly green flats with the grosgrain ribbon bows. Those would look especially cute for spring time worn with crisp white capris, a ribbon belt, and pink polo.

I've tried on those green flats a million times, but I still haven't bought them. I finally found a kelly green trench that I just bought so it looks like I might need to go back and get them after all. Maybe while I'm there, I'll check out the boat shoes while I'm there!
